1 1/2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Recipe Taco Seasoning From This Book
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
12 Tacos Shells Or Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 Cups Salsa
1 Cup water

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add the seasoning mix and 1 cup water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Divide the mixture between the 12 taco shells or flour tortillas. Top with salsa, cheese, and lettuce.
