Hamburger Stroganoff: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009

1 1/2 Lb Hamburger Meat
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Carton sour cream -- (8 oz)
1 1/2 Cups chopped onion
1 soup can of milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tb Worchester sauce
1 Tsp paprika

Cooking Instructions

Brown hamburger meat or open quart jar and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Add soup, milk and seasonings. Mix well. Simmer until bubbly and then for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles or sliced baked potatoes.
