1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3 dash tabasco or other bottled hot
1 pepper sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Let simmer 30 minutes. Makes enough sauce for basting 4 pounds loin back ribs.
