1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon mace
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Use to baste turkeys or chickens during last 30 minutes of cooking.
Makes 2 cups sauce.
