Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon dijon mustarc
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove; crushed through a press
2 lb chicken wings
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Mix to blend well. Add the chicken wings, and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the oven to 425F or light the grill. Arrange the wings in a single layer in a large baking dish and bake, turning once, for 30 minutes. Or grill, turning, for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cold.
