1 1/2 lb pork steak
1 dry spice rub
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine spices and coat meat. Let stand 30 min. before cooking. Grill over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning

Yield: 4 servings
