1/4 cup of mustard
4 small ciabatta bread
8 oz (250 g ) thinly sliced roast beef ( flavored or not )
8 oz (250 g ) thinly sliced hard capicole ( flavored or not )
4 oz ( 125 g) provolone sliced
Cut the bread in half horizontally . Brush each cut side of mustard. Cover the bottom of the bread slices of meat and cheese. Cover the upper part of the loaves .
Brush both sides sandwiches with oil if necessary.
Preheat the panini maker, stove or barbecue. Put the sandwiches, both in the panini maker . Close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
