4 cups macaroni
Each pepper in cubes: red, green
2 stalks celery , diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Pinch Paprika
1 Pinch of garlic salt
1 onion salt Pinch
1 Pinch pepper
2 c . to Tab. dry parsley flakes
Boil macaroni in salted water 5 minutes
Rinse with cold water and let it drain as much as possible , in the stirring occasionally to remove the water.
Pour the macaroni in a large dish.
Cut the peppers and celery into small cubes.
Mix the pasta and vegetables together.
The macaroni salad salt should be enough because of the mayo . Also pepper to taste.
Leave in the refrigerator at least 1 hour .
