Ingredients

Meatballs
1 pound Ground Beef
½ pound Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
¾ cup oats, quick cooking
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
¾ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine
Cooking Meatballs
1 cup flour
Canola Oil

Stew
18-20 Meatballs or 12 oz pkg frozen
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups (about 4 large) carrots, cleaned and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped finely
3 stalks celery, cleaned and sliced
1 (10¾ oz) can tomato soup
1 (10½ oz) can beef gravy
1 cup water
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 teaspoons granules

Cooking Instructions

Meatballs
Mix all ingredients together until well combined
Form into balls and place on cookie sheet
Roll meatballs in flour, and fry in oil about 2-3 minutes turning once
Place meatballs in 13x9
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes


Stew
Combine and cook meatballs
Chop vegetables and place in large pot or slow cooker
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
Stir in meatballs
Stovetop: Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender
Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
