Grilled Maple Pork Chops: Date Added: 10 Nov 2009

1/4 cup butter
1 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts; (walnuts)

Cream butter and maple syrup. Add flour, egg baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix and stir in walnuts. Spread in 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
