Ingredients

3 skinless chicken breasts
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Melted butter
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Maple syrup
45 ml (3 tbsp.) Flour
10 ml (2 tsp.) Paprika
2 ml (1/2 tsp.) Nutmeg
Pepper to taste
45 ml (3 tbsp.) Butter
Hot water needs
Red beans if desired

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F)

Cut chicken into cubes and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and maple syrup.

In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, nutmeg and pepper. Place the chicken cubes in the preparation, coat the cubes.

Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan oven. Sauté the chicken for 5 minutes or until

browned on all sides. Remove cubes from pan.

Pour into the pan preparation maple and deglaze by scraping the bottom of it with a spatula. Put the cubes in the

saucepan and add a little hot water to taste, to extend the sauce. Mix well.

Bake 30 minutes, basting the chicken several times, and, turning halfway through cooking.

You can add beans 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Time: 45 minutes
