1 zucchini, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 broccoli florets into small small
A pinch of paprika and Italian seasoning
1 jar tomato sauce
1/2 pound of salami
Salt and pepper
1 box of Rigatoni
Cut the sliced salami. Heat the pan and melt a little butter. Add onion and broccoli. Add the sliced salami. Cook and stir 2 min. Add diced zucchini and carrots. Drizzle with a little water. Cook 10 minutes over low heat.
Salt and pepper. When the vegetables are cooked and the pasta, mix everything together. Cook 2 minutes
Serve with a little parmesan
