2 mashed bananas
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) flour
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Cocoa
5 ml (1 tsp.) Baking powder
5 ml (1 tsp.) Of baking soda
frosting:
60 ml (1/4 cup) melted butter
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Milk
Few drops of vanilla
750 ml (3 cups) sugar to iced
45 ml (3 tbsp.) Cocoa
1 sliced banana
lemon juice
Preheat oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F). Butter and flour baking pan 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13
in.) or a star mold.
In a large bowl, mix the syrup, sugar, eggs, oil, milk and bananas.
In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in first mixture. Pour into
prepared pan. Bake for one hour. Allow to cool.
frosting:
In a bowl, combine butter, milk and vanilla. Add the sugar and cocoa ice and blend
until smooth. Spread over cake.
Dip banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Post on the cake.
