15 ml (1 tbsp.) Margarine
500 ml (2 cups) cubed cooked potato
2 ml (1/2 tsp.) Celery salt
180 ml (3/4 cup) sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
125 ml (1/2 cup) chopped green pepper
75 ml (1/3 cup) of cooked ham cube
5 eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
Pinch of pepper
250 ml (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices crisp bacon crumbled

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 170 °

Heat margarine in skillet. Sauté the diced potatoes for 3 minutes over high heat, then Season with celery salt.

Spread the potatoes in a pie pan of 23 cm (9 inches), then drop off, in successive rows, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and ham.

In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Season with pepper. Pour over the previous preparation.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Removed from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
