1 head romaine lettuce
1 mango dice
4 submarine bread with herbs
2 chicken breasts into strips
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Italian dressing

marinade:

3 c. mustard
3 c. tablespoons of olive oil
3 c. in soy sauce

Cut chicken breasts into cubes and marinate for at least 12 hours.
Combine mayonnaise and dressing.
Cook the chicken.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add the bread previously cut.
