Romaine lettuce cut
1 red onion dice
1 bag of restaurant style crouton
1 yellow pepper into strips
1 cup (250 mL) cooked chicken into strips
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 cucumber dice

Dressing:

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 c. teaspoon chopped garlic
2 c. tablespoon poppy seeds
1 c. pepper
1 c. tsp salt

COMBINE all salad ingredients together
Dissolve sugar in vinegar
Stir in remaining ingredients
Add to the salad, stir and serve.
