4 slices Bacon
1 cup cooked chicken
4 leaves of leaf lettuce
1 sliced ripe tomatoes
8 slices Pumpernickel
2 c. tablespoons light mayonnaise with olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup garlic and herb vinaigrette

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and salad dressing.
Spread bread slices with mixture.
Add in the sandwich: Chicken, tomato, bacon, lettuce.
