1 green pepper
1 small green pepper
1 small red onion
3 green onions
1 pound crab meat (500 g)
3 ounces ricotta cheese (85 g)
Salt and black pepper
1 1 / 4 cup mayonnaise (300 ml)
1 tbsp. tsp dried chilli
4 slices of white bread or white bread

Cooking Instructions

If you do not have a toaster, preheat the broiler.

Wash, dry, seed and finely chop green pepper and red pepper. Peel the red onion and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, wash, dry and slice with some of their green stem. Put all ingredients in a bowl.

Remove cartilage from crab. Add drained meat to the bowl along with the ricotta. Mix well. Salt and pepper.

Stir in dry chilli mayonnaise. Check the seasoning and salt and pepper if necessary. Pour into a gravy boat.

Toast bread, cut into triangles and arrange on a serving platter. Divide mixture crab in the center.

Serve with mayonnaise sauce boat each tablecloth will toast covered with crab preparation.

Makes 4 servings
