20 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
13 ounces feta cheese (375 g)
4 tbsp. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 / 2 lemon
12 large black olives in the Greek

Cooking Instructions

Cut tomatoes in half and put them in a bowl. Split the cucumber in half, cut into slices 1 / 2 inch (1 cm) thick and add to tomatoes.

Drain the cheese. Crumble it over the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add the olives. Only pepper (the feta is salty). Mix well and serve.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
