1 / 2 pound of pizza dough (250 g)
2 small salmon fillets without skin: 3 / 4 pound total of about (325 g)
2 large tomatoes
1 small sweet onion, white or red
Salt and black pepper
8 sprigs fresh dill
1 small pot of plain yogurt 6 oz firm (175 g)
To serve (optional) 4 tbsp. tablespoons mango chutney
Preheat oven to 425 ° F. Spread the dough on a sheet 2 discs 10 inches (25 cm).
Remove bones from salmon, if any Cut the flesh into cubes.
Wash and dry tomatoes. Peel the onion. Chop finely. Cover with the pastry. Add the diced salmon. Salt and pepper. Bake 15-20 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.
Wash and dry dill. Reserve a few sprigs for garnish. Finely chop the rest and mix with yogurt. Season with pepper.
Remove the pizza from the oven (they should be golden brown), top with yogurt sauce and garnish with reserved dill.
Cut the pizza into quarters. Serve 2 servings per person, if desired, the mango chutney
