3 kayser bread with sesame
1 / 2 box of pizza sauce original
6 slices of pepperoni
1 / 2 green pepper
3 mushrooms
1 / 2 onion (optional)
About 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Using a mandoline, thinly slice the onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut kayser bread in half horizontally. Put the 6 halves of bread on a baking pan wrapped in aluminum foil.

Spread tomato sauce on each half and top with pepperoni, green pepper and mushrooms. Then spread the grated cheese on each pizza.

Variation: Add the onions on the pepperoni if desired.

Bake 12 minutes at 350 ° F and then broil. Cool slightly before cutting the pizza.

Makes 6 mini-pizza
