Ingredients

4 submarines bread
1 lb (454 g) steak, melted
1 / 2 lb (225 g) pepperoni
Italian dressing to taste
1 red pepper, cut into strips
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pinch oregano

Cooking Instructions

Place each of the loaves on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to cover it completely.
Cut the pepperoni and the steak into strips. Bake in a nonstick skillet until the steak has lost its pink color. Season to taste with oregano and Italian dressing.
In another non-stick skillet, soften the vegetables in a little butter or margarine.
Remove meat and vegetables evenly in the breads submarines.
Add cheese.
Close the foil.
Bake at 350 ° F (180 C) for 20 minutes.
