4 chicken breasts, boneless
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. teaspoon lemon juice
2 c. teaspoon orange juice
1 1 / 2 teaspoon herbes de Provence
50 ml olive oil

1. Mix together all ingredients except chicken.

2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Longer the maceration time, the longer the meat will be tender and tasty.

3. Make his favorite kebabs with vegetables and cook in BBQ.
