1 / 2 box of penne
2 c. tablespoons lemon juice
2 c. tablespoons lime juice
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
2 c. teaspoon paprika
2 c. teaspoon herbes de Provence
A pinch of salt
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. tablespoons parmesan

Cook pasta as directed on the box, drained and rinsed.
Wait until the pasta is cool enough to mix with other ingredients.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together.
Leave in the refrigerator at least 3 hours for the pasta absorb the flavors.
