2 1 / 4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1 / 2 tsp. teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 cup butter, softened
1 package cream cheese, 250 g, softened
1 1 / 3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 package of miniature chocolate chips 300 g, divided
1 / 3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix flour with baking soda.
In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream the butter work and the cream cheese until mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and egg.
Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, then stir into batter. Add dry ingredients, the rest of choccolat chips and nuts, if desired.
On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoons, up to 12. Bake 10 minutes or until edges of cookies are firm. Remove cookie sheet from oven, remove bisccuits and cool on wire rack.
