2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tablespoons lard for shortening
2/3 cup milk

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in the lard or shortening until mixture is crumbly and lard chopped fine throughout. Combine milk and beaten eggs. Mix well. Press into greased round pie plate 8" or square pan.. Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
