1 cup whipping cream, cold
1 package cream cheese 125 g softened
2 / 3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla
In a small bowl with electric mixer, beat whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
In another small bowl with electric mixer fitted with the same beaters, beat cream cheese until a smooth, gradually beat in icing sugar and vanilla. Stir first a small amount of whipped cream cheese mixture to the cream, then gently fold in remaining whipped cream. Serve with berries, cake without filling or fruit salad.
