Ingredients

1 1 / 2 pound Polish sausage
2 cans of baked beans 14 oz (398 ml) each
2 cans red kidney beans 14 ounces each, drained
1 can of lima beans 14 oz, drained
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce 7 1 / 2 oz (213 ml)
1 / 3 cup molasses
2 tsp. teaspoon onion salt
1 / 2 tsp. teaspoon ground black pepper
1 / 4 teaspoon of. teaspoon dry mustard

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Remove skin from sausage and cut the flesh into slices 1 / 2 inch (1 cm) thick. In a dish with a capacity of 4 liters, baking, combine beans, kidney beans, lima beans, sausage and cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce with molasses, onion salt, pepper and mustard powder. Stir into bean mixture, then bake in oven 1 hour, uncovered. Stir and continue cooking 15 minutes.

Makes 10 to 12 servings
