1 pound lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix, approximately 35 g
1 egg beaten
Colby cheese 4 ounces Canadian sliced
lettuce leaves
sliced tomatoes
hamburger buns split in half, toasted
Bottled taco sauce (optional)

In a large bowl, combine beef with taco seasoning and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Cook on barbecue or under the broiler until desired doneness. Garnish with cheese colby and cook until cheese is melted.

To serve, sprinkle the bottom halves of buns with lettuce and tomato slices. Y submit a meatball and sauce for tacos, if desired. Top with other half of bread.
