2 cups of broad egg noodles
1 / 4 cup butter
1 / 2 cup finely chopped onion
1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
3 / 4 of tsp. teaspoon dried basil
3 cups milk
1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
2 cans tuna 6.5 oz (184 g) each, drained and flaked
Salt and pepper
1 / 3 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp. tablespoons melted butter
In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. è In a medium saucepan, melt 1 / 4 cup butter over medium heat. Sauté onion until tender. Stir in flour and basil, then gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat, add Parmesan and stir until melted.
Stir in noodles, broccoli and tuna and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a rectangular dish with a capacity of 1.5 liter, shallow baking dish.
