2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
4 envelopes of sauce stew
4 cups chicken broth true (when you cook a chicken)
8 cups cold water
2 cans potato Round
2-3 small pieces of chicken frayed
Mix ground beef with bread crumbs and mix well.
Shape into balls of different sizes and set aside.
Combine 4 envelopes of sauce, 4 cups of broth and 8 cups water and whisk thoroughly.
Simmer until the sauce is thick.
Add the meatballs and potatoes.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
