2 pounds ground beef
1 stick of diced tomatoes
1 cup rice
1 / 4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Dry mustard to taste
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1:30.
Remove the foil and finish cooking for 20 minutes.
