8 cups shredded lettuce
1 1 / 2 cup Canadian Havarti * diced
1 1 / 2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup tomatoes, seeded, diced
1 cup green pepper, cut into cubes
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 / 3 cup sliced green onions
Zesty Dressing
6 tbsp. tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
1 pinch garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mettre la laitue dans un grand saladier. Disposer dessus, en pointes, le fromage havarti, le poulet, les tomates, le poivron vert, le bacon et les Å“ufs.
Parsemer les échalotes au centre. Couvrir et réfrigérer jusqu'au moment de servir.
Entre-temps, mettre tous les ingrédients de la vinaigrette dans un petit bocal muni d'un couvercle à pas de vis et bien agiter. Verser sur la salade et servir.
