Creamy Herb Dip: Date Added: 16 Oct 2010

1 package cream cheese 125 g soft
3 / 4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp. tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 tsp. tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. tsp dried dill
assorted raw vegetables or crackers

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in the yogurt or sour cream.

Add the shallot, parsley and dill and salt and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to mingle. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.

Makes about 1 2 / 3 cup.
