2 pounds lean ground beef
½ cup olive capacity oil
3 large tomato juice
1 small tomato paste
1 large tomato sauce
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 large onions, diced
1 large green pepper diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 mild pepperoni, diced
2 tablespoons Italian spices
Spoon 1 tablespoon salt
In a large pot, place oil and then onions and garlic.
Sauté until onion is transparent.
Add meat, pepperoni and other vegetables. Mix well and add 2 tomato juice, tomato sauce and tomato paste and seasonings.
Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3 hours, add another tomato juice and simmer for another 3 ½ hours.
