1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 T. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts

Combine egg & milk; stir well & set aside. Combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt & pepper; mix well.

Rinse chicken & pat dry. Dip in egg mixture. Dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in a baking dish; pour margarine over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tender.
