6 shoulder lamb chops, cut about 1 inch thick
Orange marmalade
2 medium-size seedless oranges
Place lamb chops on rack in broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 minutes on each side. Brush with a little orange mamalade; broil 2 minutes; turn. Brush again with orange marmalade; continue broiling 2 minutes for medium, or until chops are richly glazed and meat is done as ou like it.
While chops broil, cut each orange into 3 thick slices; place in a shallow dish; pour in boiling water to cover. Let stand 10 minutes; drain. Place chops on serving plates; top each with an orange slice.
