2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanila
3 Med Mashed Bananas
1/2 Cup Minced Walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda,and salt and then stir. Add bananas and stir. Add nuts and mix. Then add the flour. DO NOT overmix. Mix just to moisten the flour.Place in a 9 x 5 x 3 or a 8" square pan. Bake at 325*. for 55-60 minutes. Test with a cake tester. An 8" square pan will take less time so watch carefully.
