2 1/2 cups honey maid graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg -- slightly beaten
2 tablespoons honey

In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk, egg and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter into 9 prepared 2 1/2inch muffin cups. Bake 400 for 15-18 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min.; remove from pan.
