4 chicken breasts halves
1 box chicken or turkey stuffing mix
19 ounces chunky chicken corn chowder soup
1/4 pound Swiss cheese
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -- (optional)

Spray crockpot with Pam or other vegetable spray. Layer chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Cover with sliced Swiss cheese. In separate bowl, combine soup, uncooked stuffing mix and herb packet from box, and white wine. Spread mixed ingredients as next and last layer in crockpot. Sprinkle with parmesan (optional). Cook on HIGH for approximately 4 hours or LOW approximately 8 hours.
