Salmon Cheese Loaf: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

1 can salmon - (16 oz) -- drained, with
bones removed
1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 oz) -- drained
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs -- beaten
1 cup grated American cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dry minced onion

Cooking Instructions:

Flake fish, add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased crockpot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour then LOW 3 to 5 hours.
