Squash Casserole: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

5 cups yellow squash -- canned or frozen
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 slices bread -- cubed
1 cup sour cream

Cooking Instructions:

Place squash in slow cooker with butter and cook for 1 hour. Add soup as it comes from the can, and cook until hot. Add bread and sour cream and cook until bubbly.
