Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

5 red potatoes - (to 6) -- sliced (about 5 cups sliced)
6 slices turkey bacon or other smoked meat
3 ounces freshly-grated parmesan cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Layer all ingredients in lightly buttered 3 1/2-quart crock pot (or use a souffle dish to fit in a larger crock pot); cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Adjust seasonings.
