1 large top sirloin roast - (abt 3 to 4 lbs)
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic seasoning
2 medium onions -- cut in wedges
1/3 cup vinaigrette - (sun dried tomato, balsamic, your choice)
2 packages brown gravy mix - (1 1/4 oz ea)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice

Cooking Instructions:

Place the roast and onions in the crockpot, add remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW for about 9 to 11 hours, or until roast is tender; cut or shred pot roast in smaller pieces. Serve over noodles with a tossed salad.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
