Beef with Wine and Mushroom Sauce: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

3 1/2 lb Beef chuck cut in pieces
1 c Red wine
1 cn Golden mushroom soup
1 x Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Salt and pepper meat. Pour soup and wine over beef. Cover and bake 3 hours at 325°F. Serve with noodles or rice.
