Balogna: Date Added: 11 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

2 lb Ground beef
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Liquid smoke
1 c Water
4 ts Morton Quick Cure

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together well. Shape in two rolls, wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cover with water and boil 1 hour.
