2 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup ketchup salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a skillet. Saute onions and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes so flavors blend. (Makes 1 1/2 cups)
