Thai Chili Fish Sauce: Date Added: 10 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

6 tablespoon thai fish sauce
5 tablespoon thinly sliced scallions
3 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
3 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoon minced serrano chilies
2 teaspoon roasted chili paste
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
