Pork Barbecue Sandwiches: Date Added: 10 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

1/4 cup onion; finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 cup cooked pork; thinly sliced
5 sandwich buns; split

Cooking Instructions:

In large skillet, combine all ingredients except pork and sandwich buns; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pork; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve on sandwich buns.

Yields 4 sandwiches.
