Vinaigrette:
1 pkg soft tofu
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
5 ml
(1 tsp. ) Oregano
1 c . basil tea
1/4 c . Salt tea
1/4 c . pepper tea
1/4 c . Tea sugar
salad :
1 English cucumber, diced
1 green pepper means , cubed
1 red pepper means , cubed
1 yellow pepper means , cubed
1 small onion sliced medium ed
2 cups cubes of feta cheese
1 cup black olives

Cooking Instructions:

In a food processor , combine all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy. Reserve.

In a salad bowl , combine the remaining ingredients.

Add dressing and toss just before serving .
